An IT asset disposition company built on proof.
Coretek 360 is the trade name of Coretek Enterprises LLC, headquartered in Concord, North Carolina.
For over 25 years we have retired hardware for schools, colleges, and universities, hospitals, banks, law firms, government entities, manufacturers, data centers, and more, across the US and in 14+ countries.
Our work runs from the pickup at your dock to the serialized report you keep for your auditors. Every asset is tracked by serial number, every drive is sanitized to NIST 800-88 or shredded, and the hardware is resold through our sales channels or recycled through R2v3 certified downstream processors.
Organizations trust Coretek 360 to retire their hardware to standard and to prove it, serial number by serial number.
Services for every stage of the hardware lifecycle.
Certified ITAD and the services around it, including data destruction, value recovery, recycling, and more.
How we operate, from your dock to your auditors.
One documented process for every asset, in six steps.
Step 1: Scheduled pickup
Our technicians pack and palletize at your site, and hardware moves in GPS tracked vehicles under documented chain of custody.
Step 2: Serialized intake
Every asset is logged by serial number as it is loaded, and custody is documented from your dock to our floor.
Step 3: Data sanitization
Drives are wiped to NIST 800-88 and verified, or shredded by our own team, on site or at our facility.
Shredding is performed in house by Coretek 360 and is not yet covered by our R2v3 certificate, which covers data sanitization, test and repair, and the downstream recycling chain. We are actively working to add it.
Step 4: Test, repair, and resale
Hardware with useful life left is tested, repaired, reimaged, and remarketed through our sales channels.
Step 5: Downstream recycling
What cannot be reused is dismantled and sent to R2v3 certified downstream processors rather than to landfill.
Step 6: Final reporting
You receive a certificate of data destruction for every drive and a serialized report of each asset's outcome.
Certifications and standards your reviewer can verify.
Two certifications and two compliance standards behind every job.

R2v3
Certificate C0177760-R26, issued by NSF and listed in SERI's directory. R2 certified since 2013, covering the downstream recycling chain, logical data sanitization, and test and repair.
